Sales and Refund Policies  

The following describes the Sales and Refund Policies for our www.maximumadvantage.com website. These policies apply to all Maximum Advantage LLC produced products and events that do not have product specific policies on the product or event page. Individual product or event pages may have specific polices that supersede these policies. 

Product Refunds 

All products come with a thirty day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return the product within thirty days and you will receive a complete refund of your purchase price.  

Live Training Events 

Fifteen or more days prior to the live event date, registrants may cancel and receive a full refund, reschedule to another seminar of equal value, or substitute another person from their organization to attend in their place. 

Fourteen or less days prior to the live event date, registrants may reschedule another seminar of equal value if one is scheduled, or substitute another person from their organization to attend in their place. No refunds can be issued for cancellations fourteen or less days prior to the seminar date. 

If after you have attended the live training event you are not satisfied and notify use within fourteen days of the completion of the event, we will refund your registration fee. 

On-Line Training Events

Seven or more days prior to the on-line training event date, registrants may cancel and receive a full refund, reschedule to another on-line training event of equal value, or substitute another person from their organization to attend in their place. 

Six or less days prior to the on-line training event, registrants may reschedule another event of equal value if one is scheduled, or substitute another person from their organization to attend in their place. No refunds can be issued for cancellations fourteen or less days prior to the seminar date. 

If after you have attended the on-line training event you are not satisfied and notify use within fourteen days of the completion of the event, we will refund your registration fee. 

Course Cancellations 

Each live training event is subject to cancellation until fourteen days prior to the seminar date at the sole discretion of Maximum Advantage LLC.  On-line training events are subject to cancellation until five days prior to the event date at the sole discretion of Maxim Advantage. Should any course be cancelled, registrants will be offered the option of re-registering for the next offering of the course, or a full refund of registration fees. In no case will Maximum Advantage LLC be responsible for any prepaid travel or other expenses incurred. 

Sole Remedy 

If you are dissatisfied with our products or services, these refund policies are your sole remedy. All warranties are subject to the limitations specified in our Terms of Service and Conditions of Use.
