- Voice tones, speed and volume
- Words
The quickest way to create rapport
The quickest way to create rapport is to match the
physiology of the other person including:
- Posture

hands
- Proximity
- Handshake
- Arm position. Folded or open.
- Idiosyncratic gestures
- Facial expression & blinking
